OUR QUALITY PROMISE

We make sure you get what you paid for. Every single pair of Red Bottoms is hand-checked at our US warehouse before we ship it out. We look at the stitching, the shape, and the red sole to make sure they are perfect before they reach you. 

14-DAY RETURNS

If you aren't happy with your shoes, you have 14 days from the day they arrive to send them back.

To get a refund, the shoes must be in brand-new condition:

  • The Red Sole: The glossy Red Bottoms must be perfect. If they are scratched or look like they’ve walked on pavement, we cannot take them back. Please only try them on on a carpet.

  • The Leather: No creases or marks on the patent leather.

  • The Box: You must send them back in the original VILAUREN box with the dust bags.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Fill out the form below

  2. Send Them Back: Once we approve your return, you’ll ship them to our US warehouse.

  3. Inspection: We will check the Red Bottoms one last time to make sure they aren't worn.

  4. Get Your Money Back: After we check the shoes, you’ll get your refund in 5–7 days. We deduct a small restocking fee to cover the processing.

CHANGING SIZES

If they don't fit quite right, we offer one free size exchange if we have the new size in stock. Our support team will help you find the right fit so your heels are comfortable and stable.

BROKEN OR WRONG ITEMS

If your shoes are damaged during shipping, you must email us a photo within 24 hours of opening the box. Since we hand-check every pair before they leave our US warehouse, we take shipping damage very seriously and will send you a new pair fast.
